(English, 1870-1937), and is also after the 1797 stipple engraving by Charles Wilkin (English, 1750-1814), Excellent Rare+ condition, no publisher info printed on the piece, but may likely have been published & distributed through the well-known publishers, Henry Graves & Co., London (Established 1752)—best guess..., Charles Wilkin’s stipple engravings were included in the portfolio series, 'Ladies of Rank and Fashion', a series of ten plates, eight of them after Hoppner, published 1797 by Charles Wilkin, Eaton Street, Pimlico.
