Vintage litho, Excellent Rare+ condition, Never framed, Copyright by The Pallas Gallery Ltd., London W. 1, Printed in Austria, Willem van de Velde the Younger (1633-1707), THE ”RESOLUTION” IN A GALE, Oil on canvas 47” x 40”, National Maritime Museum, Greenwich, The “Resolution” was a 70-gun ship built in 1667. She served as Sir Thomas Allin’s flagship in 1669 when he went as Commander-in-Chief in the Mediterranean.
