Joan L. Horn (American, 20th C.-) Instructor of Classical Realism and partner of Partners In Art Gallery & Studio, North Tonawanda, NY. April 2013, presented “Color for Artists”, a week long workshop in New Bern NC. In addition to oil painting, teaches workshops in color, perspective, and composition. Author of Complementary Palettes, The Color Charts.

Joan received her B.S. in Art Education, State University College at Buffalo, NY. Workshops included Hongnian Zhang and Roberta Remy, and she is currently apprenticing with master painter John Yerger (American, 1935-) at the Yerger Studio in North Tonawanda, NY.
